Refund policy

Customers can return all unopened / Unused items to:

Note: We do charge a 20% restocking fee on all returned items to cover shipping charges. If you purchase the correct item we can waive the restocking fee upon receiving information the proper product is purchased from TCT.

All returns are processed as they are received, and the RMA# or original purchase information must be added inside or to the package in some manner for the return to be processed. Returns without RMA#'s are not guaranteed to be processed.
